We earn commission on purchases
When you click a link on this site and buy something, we may receive a commission from the retailer or the brand. You pay exactly the same price either way — the commission comes out of the seller's margin, not your pocket. We earn a commission when you buy through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. Those commissions come from affiliate programmes run by the brands and by third-party networks, not from you.
It affects which products we consider
We build our lists starting from brands we have an affiliate relationship with. Our lists are therefore not a survey of every product on the market, and you should not read them as one.
It affects the order
Products we have a commercial relationship with are listed first. Products we earn little or nothing from can still appear, lower down, when leaving them out would make the comparison misleading. Inside each of those two groups, position is decided by a fixed formula over the product's Amazon star rating and review count — described in full on How We Rank.
It does not affect scores
No brand can pay to raise its score, move up within its group, or have a competitor removed. The scoring formula is public and runs identically on every product.
We are not the seller
We do not sell anything, ship anything, or handle returns. Your purchase is with Amazon or the brand, under their terms. Prices, availability and specifications shown on their pages are theirs, and are current there rather than here — which is why we do not print prices.
